Don't go buy or lease a 2016 full size GM truck or suv! The 2016 silverado looks great, but it's just another shaking/vibrating piece of junk like the '14sand '15s. GM has no quality control on the vehicles they are putting out. The old "we can't replicate it" line is BS! All 8 u bolt nuts were loose, axle shifted, already replaced defective muffler, road forced the tires twice, replaced a rear shock.... and it still bobs down the road shaking and shuddering. I'm always happy with my experience at Quick Chevrolet in Portland. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They're really the best.
Shout out to John P for being so great and helping my boyfriend and I find the best car/truck and never giving up when we came through with a shit storm the last time.
I enjoyed the visit and left with a new van named Vinny. My only regret is that I could only buy one truck that day. Jason, the salesman said there were hookers in the back of the van, but sadly we misunderstood.............. I think he meant there were cargo hooks, since that was all we could find back there. It's OK, we still like the van.
Because my husband works in the service department!!
