I cant say enough about the quality job that Josh Skehan does. Josh always gets back to me immediately and always beats the deal of any competitor. We have purchased 3 vehicles from him and there will be a 4th very soon. If you go to Quirk in Portland make sure you ask for him you will be amazed on how quick and easy it is to buy vehicle and pay less than you would anywhere else in Maine.
Hey folks believe I know about excellent customer service. I have been in the retail and wholesale business all my life and I am not a young pup. I had an issue with my new Alfa and Bill put Adam on it right away. Bill called me twice a day as promised and showed intense interest along with Adam to correct. I felt special like I was their only customer. Great job guys. It is clear you have kicked up your game from earlier posts I have read. Nice to be so well treated!
Former employee. I was approved for a weeks vacation, which I took. I came back from vacation, and a few days later I gave my two week notice. The service manager Brian Johnson let me go on the spot, and revoked my pay for the vacation week that had been approved. When I questioned the legality of the issue, he laughed at me and smugly told me that it would cost me more in legal fees than the pay I would have received. They send out fake checks. A lot. Their ads round out my mailbox. If I ever did have a need for a Chevrolet vehicle, I wouldnt buy it from these Quirk animals.
