I'm so unimpressed with the service department ! The guy on the phone is a jerk. I think his name is Frank. I have owned many of brand new vehicles all from different dealerships and never ever have I experienced such crappy service in the "service" department. I wish I bought my Tahoe from Pape. Their service department is way better !!! What a mistake.
Worst car buying experience of my life. Felt like nobody wanted to help me. After 3 hours they asked if could come back the next day. Then nobody returned my calls so I went in just to find out they couldn't make the deal work. Go a chance to hear the salesmen talk about how they screw people out of money so it wasn't for nothing I guess
Customer oriented... Not here. Horrible customer service. A friend brought his car there. It took them half a day to analyze the problem. He was told to buy parts that didn't even fix the problem. Long story short, after a series or incompetent acts by the dealership, the service manager didn't even think to take a second to apologize. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place.
Bad service department. My mother took her car there & it took more than an hour longer than they said it would for a recall, and then they did not have the paperwork done! She will never go back and I can see why!!!

Dealing with Quirk was easy, hassle-free, and pleasant! Matt and Luis were helpful and straightforward, and made sure I found the car I wanted at the best price. Even the paperwork was easy. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone I know purchasing a vehicle!
