The job they did on my floors was beyond awful. I called and sent photos and they just never responded. I took them to small claims court, they didn’t show up. Working now with sheriffs office to issue warrants for their failure to show at 3 court dates. They did a sloppy job. Stain spilled and left on floor. Poly not applied correctly. Called to complain. They did not respond. Super unprofessional

Do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY or @ Home flooring !!!! They Lie !! They don’t Show up !!! The work was awful with spots of stain and poly not properly put down !!! Then after not repairing the damage they did to my property and not fixing the problems to my floor they put a fraudulent Lien on my property for a Balance that was never agreed upon .. If you are foolish enough to hire this company make sure you get their insurance info and check everything .. they will try and tell you they put down 3 coats of poly when they only did ... read more
Disappointed. Came highly recommended by a friend. The sanding team were amazing! Unfortunately the staining and finishing team were not. Spills and splotches stained into the floor under polyurethane. Considering having another vendor redo the whole job
