Very bad company! I placed order, and was told the lead time of 4-8 weeks. When the time came, the guy told me he didn’t when the order can be delivered. Three months later, still can’t know when can be delivered. Would never come back for this bad company. No one is trying to solve customer problems, no one care about customer.
We have had Quincy Compressors for quite a long time and each time we need service, your people won't even answer the phone, won't respond to multiple calls. Spoke to others who owned Quincys' and same issue.....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
We have a quincy generator and dryer on-site. I had my 1st experience with the service department when they came out and serviced our equipment. I wanted to thank Justin with the service department for his great service.
This location is terrible. They don't know their own products. I unfortunately have tried to get the correct parts for almost a year from them. They sent wrong part after wrong part.
