We have had Quincy Compressors for quite a long time and each time we need service, your people won't even answer the phone, won't respond to multiple calls. Spoke to others who owned Quincys' and same issue.....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
We have a quincy generator and dryer on-site. I had my 1st experience with the service department when they came out and serviced our equipment. I wanted to thank Justin with the service department for his great service.
This location is terrible. They don't know their own products. I unfortunately have tried to get the correct parts for almost a year from them. They sent wrong part after wrong part.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Quincy Compressor, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with their services. From the moment I attempted to get in touch with their customer support, it became abundantly clear that they have serious communication issues. First and foremost, it was a Herculean task to even reach a live person at Quincy Compressor.
