The order placed was incorrect upon delivery. Missing items, pieces of chicken not fully cooked through. No contact from restaurant to notify customer if part of the order was unavailable, just instead left items out of the order, despite still being charged for them. No pick up on their phone line, no tangible way of reaching out for customer service.

order of 10 wings took 30 minutes after being told 15 minutes. When asked how much longer it would take after seeing other being served after me staff got upset with the question and said “I can give you your money back cause we don’t need it”.
