I have never felt more comfortable with someone in the psychology and therapy field, than with Bethanie. She's there for you, willing to be honest and real. I've never had someone like her. She's truly saved my life, in more ways than one. She cares. I'm truly saddened people have had bad experiences here, because I've gotten "help" my entire life.. and this is the only person that has ever actually helped me or tried to know me.

Very positive and caring environment. I've been with this practice for more than a year now and the psychiatry and therapy has been a very helpful and healthy influence and presence in my life. EDIT: Editing my review to reflect the fact that the management has been unreliable at times, losing my account and payment plan information, not answering or responding to calls for days at a time, and not informing patients of clinic closure until last minute. My Dr. moved here,so I followed her. OMG. Now they are out of business and DID NOT provide me with her new location. I have been with this doctor years. This place was TERRIBLE. I don't know WHY she moved here,but I sure wish I knew how to contact her.This place was so unprofessional. If anyone knows where Dr.Kelli went PLEASE POST!
I have never ever set up an appointment with this service. And I dont even live in Virginia but somehow I owe them a $50 no show fee.
