I took my new car there to get it hand washed because I heard they were the best. I found lots of missed spots and when I pointed them out, the guy told me I was being too picky. They also completely missed one of my wheels. It was still covered in brake dust. I went to the manager and she basically blew me off and went about her business. I will never go here again
They scratched my truck and the owner refuses to take care of it. Scratched the hood with his zipper while drying it and then lied and said it was already there.
They do a great job. They offer freebies on Veterans Day.
