I've bought many earphones during my travels and there's only 2 places including this one that sells the best earphones! The sound is smooth and good quality not even JB hifi had good ones like this item. Randeep was also helpful with good customer service so it made my shopping experience pleasant thank you so much :) Highly recommend this shop.

Poor Service Had my screen repaired 2 weeks ago, and since the repair my Face ID stopped working. Called the shop to discuss and isn’t of providing assistance or clarification, the owner claims that it was not his fault or damaged since the repair. He also said I should have brought it back sooner even though it is within my warranty period. On the day of repair, they say there is a 3 month warranty but he refuses to repair my phone to fix the Face ID, saying it is not covered in the warranty.
