My coworker recommended Quickfix when he found out I was headed to the Apple store. I am so glad that he did! They did a super job of replacing my cracked iPhone screen for $80 less than Apple store charges. Plus fixed my ear speaker and set me up with a screen protector. Super nice owner and employees! My Mother’s iPhone 6 began to malfunction yesterday. She does not want to learn a new phone, and I didn’t want to spend days researching and purchasing a new phone. I called Quickfix Cellular. They answered the phone immediately, asked a few questions, diagnosed the problem, and told me to bring it in. They told me how long it would take and what it would cost. I had a burnt out backlight in my laptop display. I brought it in for these guys to take a look at it, and they were able to order a new display for me and have it delivered to the store. They were attentive, knowledgeable, remembered my name when I came to followup after the part had been delivered, and installed it in just a few minutes for a reasonable price. They were also doing curbside service and taking precautions for covid-19 that made me feel a lot more comfortable interacting with them. Fantastic experience.
Is good place I’m really recommended
I have been coming to quick fix for years now, and will not go anywhere else. The staff is so kind, and the customer service is incredible! I brought my iPhone in for a cracked screen yesterday (Which I have done with them probably ten times in the past), and they informed me that they were out of stock in my screen size, but that they would switch my data over to one of their iPhones in the mean time so I wouldn’t miss out on any important calls or texts.
