I had a older laptop that had a battery issue and was running slowly on Vista. They checked it out THAT DAY and called me back to give me the breakdown. They replaced my battery & charger, backed up my files, updated my system, & cleaned up some issues on my keyboard for a great price. They were very polite and courteous and just seemed happy to be at work. Which seems to be an oddity in today's culture. This place fixed my phone quick and easy. It's way cheaper going to them for broken phones and tablets than sending them back to the store. They even tell you exactly what the problem is and offer you great deals too. Best store to get a job at if you wanna help keep your phone alive and well.

By far, the most remarkable customer service I've experienced...especially when it comes to phone repair! The level of expertise they have is incomparable to anyone else. My phone was less than a simple fix, and had I taken it anywhere else (because I had already tried that) it still would not be properly working. That I am sure of. I have been incoherent pretty much since last week Thursday since I injured my back. I am thankful to report that I am feeling much better and almost completely off of the meds. I am absolutely pleased with the awesome customer service! I dropped my phone at work today and cracked the LCD. After finding out how crappy my protection plan was at Best Buy, I called around to see who could get me a new one quickly. Not only did they have my screen in stock, but also they had the best price! The better part is that I had an hour drive home from work and wouldn't make it to them until almost 5:30pm. They had me good to go by 6! This was definitely worth my money rather than paying Best Buy the same amount... read more
