The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Got great care there.
Simply don’t go here. They will waste your time and money and won’t take anything you say seriously. The wait times ridiculous. 1hr waiting in the waiting room with no other patients in. 30+ minutes waiting in the room for the dr to come just for the two girls not take anything seriously and bang on the places that hurt the most. The staff is unprofessional - a couple of the girls where talking and cussing very loudly to the point you could make their whole conversation out through the door. Editing to add that i just received a bill in the mail for services provided almost a YEAR AGO. This place is an absolute joke. They billed an insurance I didnt even have (their mistake) and still want to argue. This place needs to be shut down!! Fraud and terrible doctors that cant even write the correct prescriptions! They never answer the phone, not even for current patients. Don't recommend at all!!!
Kim, the office manager, very unhelpful, rude, disrespectful, made me feel that I was not being listened to for one second and clearly cannot read. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If this is the woman who has people working under her, I entirely feel sorry for them and urge this practice to truly consider who their "leader" is! My child had an outstanding balance here because of active insurance being put in inncorrectly. I have attempted on numerous occasions to have it corrected.
