Efficient service. Never have a long wait and staff is very good
I do not understand the bad reviews. They were crowded but it moved quickly. I saw two different doctors or nurses they were all polite and professional and I was treated with respect.
Usually a great place, no huge delays when I’ve gone, *most* of the nurses and practitioners are great. The people who work the desk absolutely do NOT EVER answer the phone. Took my son to be seen, was told they’d send over meds, they never did. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they not ONCE, in 15 phone calls placed across two separate days, within business hours/leaving a voicemail, ever answered their phone or called me back. Everytime I go the wait is crazy. They never answer the phones. My test results took unreasonably long to get back and they didn’t even send it to the right person(ME!). The doctor Latisha was also judgmental about me wanting to take this test. I think many of the staff here aren’t very professional and I would go somewhere if I were you.
