I heard back quickly and got on the schedule for them to come out to look into a leak I wasn't able to identify. When Jared came out for a diagnosis, he identified it within minutes. The fee was very reasonable and he even gave me a tube with more than enough silicone caulking to seal everything up myself since that was my preference. He was in and out quickly and my master shower is back in operation. I will be using QQP again when I need a professional.

I received a prompt response to my call for service, high quality and amazingly quick completion of job, great customer service as he courteously answered all questions and even showed me some simple maintenance tasks I can do going forward, and left everything spic and span!
