Sarai was wonderful I. Helping us out at the car wash today and got us a free air freshener and was so friendly! All the staff are friendly and I use this car wash everyday!!
I had the highest unlimited package and was satisfied with their service until August 27th, the machine scratched my door, I filed a report that night and the employee said the store manager will reach out to me ASAP, I waited for about a week with no one contacting me. I called customer service, they said they would escalate it further up.
