Fernanda is the best
Horrible experience. I ran my car through the wash twice, and it was still dirty. I asked if someone could at least spray or scrub the windshield like they do in every other car wash, but I was told they don't do that. Instead, they told me to just run it through the wash again. I did, and it made no difference. There were still insects, dirt, and water/soap drip stains all over the car. The layout of the facility is also poorly designed and feels unsafe. The customer service here is terrible! Rude staff, they dont know how to give instructions when it comes to your car going through the car wash. My car ended up with a big scratch on it. Then the staff wanted to play stupid. Im very disgusted with the service here and say be careful if you still decide to come here!
