got a good service last time when i cane it. l but today when i came in at 6 it was closed, map says open till 7.
They give you one small very rough disposable towel which will scratch your paint. If you ask for more towels, you get two of these. There is no accommodations for cleaning your mats at all. It's very awkward to back into the vacuum area even with my mid size vehicle. When you try to cancel your membership, there is zero response. Extremely disappointed.
I've been coming here for a few years, the wash was a little run down, it has obviously changed ownership or got a facelift. But here's why i did 5 stars, the staff is really nice, i love that they still give the kids suckers, its what my daughter looks forward to all the time, she LOVES this carwash. They are super polite and helpful, and my wash wasn't bad! It got ALL the sap off my car. Thank you guys!
