The last time I brought my car in for service here, I was assisted by someone who was eating at their desk the entire time they were attending to me. On top of that, they tried to add services that I didn't even need—attempting to take advantage of the fact that I don't speak English very well—by trying to tack on extras because they assumed that all Hispanic people just say "yes" to everything.
