Had my car detailed and they over exceeded my expectations. They made my filthy car look brand new!
Over all they have been good except for the last time I was there. I called Lisa in the service dept 4 times in one day and left two messages. She never returned my call. Then when I dropped off my car and got a loaner Lisa brought me a car that had 0 miles until empty on the gas info. I got the lecture on refilling the gas that I use which I always do but I would have thought there should have been enough gas so I didn't have to worry if I'd make it across the street to the gas station right off the bat.
