We had to have our Ford Escape engine light checked out after another Ford service center told us a repair of $700 would be needed. Cowell's Cedar Valley Center promptly got us in, as we live 2 hours away, and let us know the issue and there was NO charge for them looking into the matter! If you want a trustworthy car dealer and service center THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Thank you!!!!

My service was completed in a very timely manner and they did a very thorough check and included a printout of normal wear on tires and brakes. Was very pleased!!!!

Quick Lane provides courteous and professional service! Very thorough and explained everything....Always friendly and service performed in a timely manner.
