Coming through from Alabama to Illinois. Had a leak in my right rear (small pin hole). They got me in and got it fixed quicker. Anthony was very professional and took great care of me. Would recommend 100 times over.
Anthony got me in for oil change and out, all less than an hour!! Terrific service and he is very nice.
The advisors are inconsistent and I’m never fully confident they did the whole Works service. One time they said my brakes were at a 4 and the next time the guy said they were a 7. When I asked how they “grew back”, the advisor admitted they probably just looked at them and didn’t actually measure them. When you’re paying $100+ for a service, you want to be sure of the service they supposedly provide.
