RecommendedGot right in and out and the got the money from good sam tire and wheel shield. I only paid taxes of $13.00! They are the best! I highly recommend to anyone!
I can not brag on Debbie Doughty and the staff at Quick Lane enough. One of my Veterans couldn't get their car to start. After calling the Sheriffs Dept and the non-emergency 911 number, we couldn't find anyone to come give him a jump start. But Debbie was Johnny-on-the-Spot and got someone here very quick. They got my Veterans vehicle going in no time! Thank you again!
I have been here twice now & have nothing but good words to say. Like a previous review stated that as a woman, often times I have felt that taking my vehicle to an auto shop I was being lied to, overcharged or even told I needed things done that not necessarily needed to be done. I have never felt any of those things at Quick Lane! The customer service is phenomenal! 10/10 recommend them!!
I had to choose a new place to get a tire repaired due to the pandemic. As a woman I usually feel intimidated at Auto Shops. I did not feel that way here. They explained everything to me and I did not feel like I was being lied to. I will defintely be using them again. Thank you Mr Tony Hannah and your crew.
I cannot brag on Hannah & his crew enough! I got a flat today on my way to work. They came over right away, put my spare on so I could run errands & came back & put my fixed tire back on fast! Thank you all!

I replaced all my tires and unfortunately one of them managed to bulge out on the side wall. Through a lot of coordination and logistics Debbie, Tony and the entire crew here at quick lane got me a second new tire! These people take the time to get to know their customers, and their situations! Best shop in Columbus!!
Tony Hannah is incredible! I have had oil changes, new brakes installed, and just today my air conditioning was fixed. He always takes great care of me and my family and provides quality service at a great price. Do not go ANYWHERE else in Columbus! Tony WILL take care of you...done right the FIRST time!
