I needed 4 new tires and the info I received was very professional. We made the deal and I am very satisfied.
Simply the best at Quick Lane!! The convenience of having the oil changed and tires rotated is unmatched!!
Just needed a tire rotation but went on a Saturday worried they would be really busy. We only had to wait about 15 minutes and they kept the cars flowing through. Very happy with the service and Jeromy who was working that day.
Came back to Donley for service on my 2013 F-150 since Quick Lane has opened. Had been going to another Ford dealer that had more convenient service hours. Now that Donley has a Quick Lane I came back. I was impressed with the customer service extended by Jeremy . He went over and beyond to be sure all was completed correctly and swiftly. The guys in the shop did a great job. I am glad that Donley now has the Quick Lane and I will definitely return for my next service.
It was a great experience for us as our Transit had a problem when we were going to an Alpaca Show near Akron. At about 60 mph the Ford had a bad shanking going on. We’re close to Ashland and called Donley’s if we could get in and have it worked on. They were not able to so he told me to go to Quick Lane of Ashland and they could look at it for us as they own it and were also Ford mechanics.
