Normally have the dealership do my oil changes and tire rotations. Used quick lane this time. Apparently I chose a day that two of their staff was in school. Was there about 1 and 1/2 hours total. Would have given 5 stars except for the time delay.
I thought the employees treated the customers well,keep them in the loop as to what was going on. They told you upfront in approx wait till and and estimated price of your service being done to your vehicle,would recommend to all my friends and family. I would go back definitely without a doubt, I was a first time customer that was treated well.
Highly recommend Quick Lane of Ashland. Great customer service Chuck, Jeromy, Adam and the crew doing the work that we didn't see in the service area. In and out in no time at all! Thanks Chuck for the personal touch and good conversation while we waited.

Tuesday I took both my wife's and my Escapes to Quick Lane for oil changes. Great service and not to bad of a wait. Coffee was also pretty good. Thanks Chuck!
