Scheduled an appointment for the "works" on the previous day. Arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. Waited 30 minutes but there wasn't even a service rep to inquire about the delay. Listened to 3 other customers complain about service. Finally found someone to reschedule but person I spoke with was belligerent and told me they "were doing the best they could". I'll find somewhere else for service on my Ford in the future.
