Customer service is not good. Staff lost fasteners to a cover over oil pan. Caused vehicle to drive dragging a part all over the road. Had to use plastic ties to hold it on my vehicle. Not professional. Did not have time to check vehicle without an appointment when business card says no appt necessary. 5 visits did not yield an inspection, they didn't have time. Service is poor. Will not recommend or return to this location. Worst Quicklime Service ever experienced.
Nov.22,2017 was my first visit to quick lanes. I’ve always used the same people, so I was a little nervous at first. But my daughter raved on how good they were. She did tell me that if I wanted to be quicker, to get there first. Which I did. They open at 7 AM and they run on a “first come, first serve” basis. This is not a quick “in and out place”, if you want that you need to go to Jiffy Lube.
