I bought a 2006 f150 from Prestige Ford in Mount Dora. I had it for one month before I took it to have the oil changed, that day the engine started making a loud noise. I took it back to prestige,and they told me I needed an eight thousand dollar engine replacement. We I asked if they could stand behind the truck they said no. Now I'm stuck with a seven thousand dollar lemon. I advise any one in the market, for a new or used vehicle, not to go to Prestige Ford of Mount Dora.

Would NEVER go there again for a vehicle. Service Manager said the Rav 4 we bought there rode rough because it was "the nature of the beast ". Amazingly when WE paid for new shocks and struts, it drove much better. The struts and brakes were totally worn out but not according to Prestige! AND the brakes were gone as well! We took it to our mechanic and had them replaced. Prestige refunded us for the brakes. ..I guess they realize you can't sell a car with bad brakes but they REFUSED to acknowledge the struts and shocks were ... read more
