Don't let a new car dealer finance manager talk you into a new car loan from USF Credit Union. My partner bought a new car from Prestige Ford in November 2015, had an pre-approved loan from Ford Credit (called Ford Credit before shopping for a new car). Obviously the Prestige Ford finance manager was getting some kickback from USF because he talked my partner into a loan at this credit union for the same interest rate as Ford Credit quoted my partner. I had a dead battery this morning. Not the end if the world, except, I had two different places I had to be in a very short time. The service department jumped me where I was stuck, and got me in and out in record time with a new battery. I, at least made one of the two commitments I had. Thank you soooooo much for all you help. It made a world of difference for me.

I brought my 2005 Ford Expedition To have the spark plugs replaced to the tune of over $500! With less than 20k on them, i brought it to. Ford Dealer in NY where we are camping for a check engine light. The Ford Dealer confirmed that the plugs were never changed! I will never go back to Prestige Ford for anything except to file a complaint. I intend to take legal action upon my return to Florida in October.
