Park Cities Ford Dallas – Unprofessional and deceptive. I found a truck online they had listed. I made contact with two salesman over a two day period and they assured me the truck was available. I showed up to find out that the truck had been sold two weeks prior. The old "bait and switch" was on. I left out the front door before they had a chance to sell me something I did not need. I will not return, and don't recommend them to anyone else. Very disappointed.

Great Experience – I made an internet inquiry & it was followed up the next morning. The salesman I initially spoke with was busy with another customer when I arrived at the showroom. He had another sales man give me his complete attention. Both gentleman were complete professionals. The process of working out the turning in my prev. leased Ford Fusion and leasing the new 2012 Focus was seamless. I had leased my Fusion from Watson Ford in Jackson MS in 2012. Great Dealership – Staff is very friendly! This is VERY important. If the staff treats me in a disrespectful manner, I have no problem finding another business. I am very happy with my experience with them especially with Bill who is in charge of the online part. This place is clean, so this makes me feel valued. If I go to a business and have to wait in an untidy/dirty area then it tells me that we do not value you. One last item, I am greeted warmly immediately as I enter the service area. Great Service Tech Joshua – I had a really great service technician that did the work on my car. His name is Joshua Hannan and he was very courteous, prompt, did a great job with my car, and got it done very quickly. He was happy to show me what he was doing and why. Very informative person!
