Ive took my ford mustang to get an oil change and informed the rep brandon to check my transmission because vehicle was not driving right he informed me on two different occassions all was well now my transmission is out. Thanks for the crappy service brandon in service
DO NOT GO TO PARK CITIES FOR SERVICE OR BODY WORK!!! I have been to Park Cities Service 3 times for the same repair work. They basically have made me diagnosis the problems... I am not a mechanic. I am a female and I know absolutely nothing about cars, but evidently I know more than there mechanics do. And as I said I have been 3 times and am still having the same problem. The dealership has done a top job both in the sales and service departments… At this time my car is in for some minor items and I have a rental to use…. The personnel in this dealership are all very friendly and put the customer first.
