I’ve had an unlucky bout with a recent purchase of our Ford Expedition bought from a different dealership. After talking with Russ, who I believe is one of the service managers, he eventually got me in contact with Jim Jones. Jim took great care of us on getting the necessary repairs a done for our vehicle. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on for any servicing or repairs needed.
Jim was very knowledgeable about the process and parts and scheduling needed to get my warranty and recall work finished. Kept me informed through Alpha process and it was an overall great experience.
