I had a very unpleasant experience with Hiller Ford. The whole process felt misleading from the start. They advertised a higher purchase offer for my vehicle on CarGurus, but once I arrived, the number suddenly dropped significantly from the original offer. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. I would recommend the auto service to everyone! They were so respectful and helpful! We were in a bit of a jam and they helped us out. The service manage was amazing! I definitely appreciate all of their help here.
Had an issue with another repair facility, brought my vehicle in. They got the problem taken care of and Dave in service is always helpful and upfront with me. Thanks for fixing the issue another service center caused!
