Josh was very pleasant and helpful. I had gone in to have the heat shield reattached but unfortunately the hanger had broken. Josh was very helpful explaining my options for repair
Had my oil changed there on my 2023 F350. They said they couldn't rotate my tires and when I left there was oil all over my running boards and all over the front axle. Very sloppy work.
Jasmine and Josh helped make my day. There was miss communication with Ford service for a scheduled oil change and I drove down to quick lane. They got me right in. Even discovered a lug nut problem that I could prepare for until next oil change when I had more time to allow them to fix. Great service. Will definitely be back!! Thank you!!
Changed my review from 5 to 2 stars. Car wash is consistently down and is not being maintained. Have a tire warranty but they couldn't find the leak so I was told originally to go to another tire shop. I reminded them I have the warranty, lastly I recently took my car for tire repair and rotation. They fixed the tire but didn't rotate them? Oh well... This place just hasn't kept up with the good service that it started with.
