Stopped here on our way to Cincinnati. There was no need to go any further. A deal was reached within 30 minutes on a vehicle better than I was heading to Cincy for. Very professional, but the kindness was above and beyond. Matters were handled promptly and the vehicle was ready in a day. I live near a Ford dealer but because of Trent, Shanna, and Tony, what a blessing to have met them, we will drive 30 minutes to Circleville to try their service department. Thank You!
My husband and I have purchased and driven many Fords over the years. Last night, we bought our first brand new Ford from Coughlin Circleville. We knew exactly what we wanted, they had it, and there was no haggling. We got a great deal and we worked with Cindy, who made the process completely smooth. Ever since Jim in Ford service has left, the service department has went downhill fast. No experience or urgency to address problems. Our business has purchased at least 8 vehicles here , we recently had our 2016 F150 in for the same problem 3 times. On the third time they finally found the problem (after being told twice the problem was “normal”) and it should have been covered under the warranty-however we were charged full price.
