I have been a customer of the Coughlin Auto Group for several years! From purchasing a vehicle to service, they have always presented a “Can Do” Attitude!
I've never purchased a vehicle from here but I take my vehicle here for maintenance. The service advisors do their best to work with my work schedule, because it sucks. I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else if possible
Excellent customer service. I took my SUV in thinking I needed front brakes done. They called me and said my front brakes were good but, the back brakes needed replaced. I was impressed that they didnt try to get me to get both done. Everyone is friendly and the service is top notch. This is were I'll go from now on.

fast service and honest work
The lady and the men were efficient, knowledgeable and took care of all the problems I had in a reasonable amount of time. The only improvement could be expedited by their taking Patriots Power Green from Food4Patriots!
Tom was fantastic! He let me drive several cars, never felt pressured, and took his time. The GM was also fantastic. Will definitely be returning!
I’ve been going here for 24 years, although I don’t like the price it takes to fix our vehicles, they do a good job. I always drop off the night before my appointment, they fix it the next day!!! We bought a set of tires there which we have had no problems with as well as free lifetime rotation & balance. Customer service is good and professional
