they find the problem and fix it the right right way the first time
I was in the middle of negotiating and getting financing for a car and the dealer sold it out from under me. Not to mention offering 2000 less than rough trade in value on a fair trade car. I would thing twice before dealing with this deeler. I also received this from the sales person Barbie..."All vehicles are for sell unless closed on financing and unfortunately we were not" while I understand this is true it is NOT good faith dealing. I had two work trucks taken in on a weekend for oil changes and tire rotation and was done in a timely manner
We have taken out vehicles to Coughlin for quite a while and we have never been disappointed. Always friendly and professional. Price is always good comparatively. Service is usually performed in a speedy manner. Nothing is ever done to our vehicles until they call us with what is wrong and a price to be fixed. Nice with out work schedules that we can drive in to garage lane and leave our key in the box for the following day. Thank you Coughlin for many satisfied years. Keep it up! You guys are great!!
