Hi, I don't write reviews often. But, I had the best experience with Colonial's service department today (thank you Joey and Donnie). The repair was on my 2015 Equinox, bought at Heritage which has the same ownership as Colonial, and it was a surprise emergency repair. The service department worked diligently to review the costs, provide timely responses and promptly worked to resolve the issues and questions related to this emergency repair. i recently purchased a vehicle from Colonial. My first time buying a car from a big dealer ship. From start to finish everything was very smooth and easy. The salesmen, Brian made everything easy to understand, and answered all of my questions. Once I got to finance, Levi was very helpful as well. He made signing all of that paperwork fun and also answered my questions. If and when my family buys another vehicle, we will go to Colonial first. Thanks Guys for everything and making this experience a good one!!
Colonial has hard our car for SIX WEEKS and it is STILL NOT DONE!! IT needed a new engine, which arrived there almost 2 weeks ago. Now I have a rental car bill in the thousands and still no car!!

Hi Kim, If we haven't communicated the situation properly to you, we apologize. The insurance adjustors from your extended warranty company have paused the project a number of times, plus the first engine that same company sent us had a bad injector.
