service was Very poor had to take my car back 5 difrent times in a two week span. The last time I brought it in it was a Saturday they didn’t even look at the car till the next Wednesday. I could understand if it was just brought in for the first time but when it’s brougt in for the 5th time you would think you be top priority well here I am a week and two day later still no car Very VERY disappointed would never buy a vehicle or recommend someone to buy a vehical form them

Left $2000 at this shop for numerous services. A part was brokenon the vehicle while it was there. They did not want to take responsibility for the damage The service advisor, Michael Gazdik was/is polite and easy to work with, but the service manager, Doug Holmberg was VERY rude to me and a total butthole! I was trying to address several issues and he just continued to cut me off./interrupt me. It's all about money with him. He showed me first had that he does not care about customers. Joey at the gmc Maintence counter is fabulous. The ladies at checkout are terrible and more interested in sharing how bad there day has been than actually taking care of customers...full of excuses and Ruined the whole experience and made us decide to take our business elsewhere in the future. So sad...a simple customer service training course would do them well. But Joey was excellent and made things right.
