In my experience, this service department is excellent. They have listened carefully to what my vehicle issues are, and they tell me about how long I can expect the repairs to take and a good estimate of what the repairs will cost. They also have been very good at telling me where they are in process of the repairs and what they have discovered to be the problem. I've been looking for this particular model for years, and they offered me a great product at a great price.
