Fantastic experience. Customer service was very helpful with answering phone calls, answering questions, and getting me out the door quickly on drop off. Estimate given was 100% accurate on time of pick up. 4 brand new tires the day after a 2foot snow storm. Dropped off at 8am and the car was ready to go by 10am. They had a Buy 3 get 1 free sale as well as an alignment. Price felt very fair. 100% recommend for tire needs. Will certainly be coming back to this location. Thank you!
Horrible customer service! Made an appointment, verified they had the oil filter for my vehicle. I arrived at the appointment, sat for 1.5 hours when they came out to tell me they had the incorrect filter and would be another 30 minutes before they could get it. They cannot tell me once they get the filter how long it will take after that because, they are running behind. Would have been good customer service to have told me an hour and a half ago they were that far behind. Never again!
Yet again another great experience. We were sad when they closed for a while around the time of the pandemic but SO happy they are back open. We have never been disappointed. The waiting room is comfortable, the service is great, and the folks at the desk are friendly and explain things thoroughly. We'll keep coming as long as they are in business.
