So, I just purchased a Ford Escape 2014, while my sales person wasn't the best I'm pleased with my purchase and my selection. This vehicle is EVERYWHERE....hundreds of owners can't all be wrong. It rides smooth and looks very luxurious. Love my new Ford Escape!
Failed inspection on our car due to steering issue. Service guy said he checked and too bad but it's not covered in our warranty, quotes well over 1k for repairs. Warranty company says they never received any inquiries into our coverage and that it is absolutely covered. I'm giving my business to small local businesses.

Horrible communication and service.
I recently had my car in for a transmission issue and they kept the car overnight and when I came to pick it up they said they couldn't find anything wrong. I am wondering why they needed it that long if they didn't have to replace any parts and I did have an appointment so its not like other cars were ahead of me. Also I noticed that in the time that they had the car they didn't even attempt to wash it. For the inconvience its the least that they could have done. I must admit these guys are great to deal with. From Chuck Jr buying the car to Jason in the service dept. Unlike other local dealers they were easy to deal with on pricing when I bought it new. They fix it not try to pawn off any service needed and hope I go away. One of only a few dealers I would buy from again. Even coming from Niagara Falls.
