While in for maintenance overnight, the problem was addressed in a timely fashion and I was able to pick up my vehicle a few hours before I thought it would be ready. The shuttle service was great to and from home thanks to chauffeurs Brad and Eric. Not cheap by any means... but my problem is solved. Thank you quickLane manager Dave And staff.
For over 10 years myself and my family have done business with another Ford dealership & when it came time to turn in my parents lease we returned to that Ford dealer to try to lease another Ford.
