Easy to get an appointment, forthcoming about any repairs suggested during service
Terrible customer service. Booked appointment online. Arrived for my appointment only to be told they didn't have me on their list. Showed them my appointment info screenshot and she told me if I wasn't on her list she couldn't help me except rebook for next week. I noticed the service bays were open and asked her again if they could not fit me in. She said No, that they had customers coming in.
