I came in for first time to service my Mach E. I had made an appointment for 7am and thought I would be helped by first available advisor. Turns out the appointment website put Terrance as my advisor and he was not there on time and was told I would have to wait until I arrived. I asked if another advisor can help me and the response was that my appointment was with Terry and that I had to wait. I said my appointment is at 7am and not whenever Terry decides to show up.
