They do not use factory certified iPhone parts. The time I visited the counter person could have been more pleasant. It is in old town so parking can be difficult. They have many phone cases.

Had my phone screen replaced in a day, had a minor problem after the fix, owner quickly connected to his laptop and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Very happy with service and quality of work!
My phone wasn't charging and I dropped in to see if I could get a quick fix. Sure enough, the gentleman at the counter took my phone, verified the fault, and proceeded to clean the charging port, completely judgement-free for the amount of garbage he dug out of it. He charged me an extremely fair price and I left the shop with a fully functioning phone within minutes! Fantastic service and value. Stop here first!
