My appointment was scheduled on the 26th of August. I was assigned this company by American Home Shield. The technician came to my home, checked my dryer and told me that he was going to get the part (thermostat) from the store and he’d be right back. I get a call from their office later on and was told that they had to order the part and the would be back on “Labor Day” to fix my dryer. Had them out 2 months ago haven’t had anything done or fixed now my fridge is broken and American Home Shield has to assign some one else after 2 months smh

The worst in returning calls, always later than appointment times, and delays with completing job.

Fixed my refrigerator which was not making ice. Owner and a tech came and did a good job. Update- refrigerator broke again shortly

My warranty company assigned them to fix my dryer. The technician came to my home to diagnose the dryer, and then they have never responded. They took my credit card information and said they would get back to me in 3-5 business days. They have never gotten back with me.
