Too young to understand business, denied any wrong doing, extremely rude and overpriced. took in my iphone 5 to get repaired and came back in worse condition! of course the screen was fixed well but the interior components were left busted, somehow my speakers now dont work and they worked well before i had dropped it off. i suppose they are inexperienced in what they do.
Business offered a groupon to customers to repair iPhone screen for a discounted price, however did not have inventory to cover repairs. However business did have inventory if you wanted to pay full price rather than use the groupon.
Welcome to my Nightmare!- OMG, by FAR the WORST experience I have EVER had! On 9-12-11 I take in my iPad for a glass replacement, which, when I called them ahead of time, they told me could be done while I wait. When I get there, lo and behold, they don’t have the part, but will have it fixed tomorrow. The next day, miraculously, they don’t have the part in stock, so I have to come back in one week. Save your money and go to a reputable business! I broke my iPhone 4 screen went, paid $150 to have it fixed...when I picked it up the tech broke the sensor that lightens and darkens the screen as it is pulled away from your face. Extremely rude and unwilling to admit that he had broken it at first. I repeatedly told him I knew for a fact it worked when I brought it in so if he couldn't fix what he had broken-I would return the new screen, get my money back and take it elsewhere to which he stated he would put my broken scree... read more
