Thanks for the one day service...I really messed up my phone by jamming my earplug and ruining the power cable connected to the on/off switch and volume controls. My phone worked better and faster than it did before I had a hand in messing it up, and the free car charger was awesome, too.

I told him upfront I am a high school student and in the process of enlisting in the United States Marines Corp. He said he was fine with that. We agreed that the payment will be a mac book pro. I went to Quick Ez Repairs for a cracked screen repair. The phone was repaired with a new screen for $65. The screen was faulty and the resolution was bad. After a couple of wks the screen cracked even though no damage had been done. I took the phone back and the store attendant Imran Sheikh said the warranty didn't count, when the receipt clearly stated that the warranty was still in effect. Used them for a cracked screen on my cell phone. 1. they said it was due to water damage so they charged me double. 2. they kept my phone for over a month and never returned my calls. 3. they said they git tge part in and when i didnt respond to their calls they gave it to another customer. 3. when the phone wss ready they tod me to pick it up at the Arlington store. I dropped it off at The Willowbend location. They have the worst customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

I dropped my ipad and ipod off there and they had my products over 40 days. Everytime I called they said they had to talk to a manager and they would call me back but never did. When I went to the store that opened at 10 nobody was there. Waited 40 minutes for someone to show up. Then when I go to pick up my order it wasnt even put together. Needless to say I had a terrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone....

Tried to get an I touch fixed and talked to 2 different stores and both were rude and not at all willing to help. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I bought a Groupon and drove to the store twice. Both times I was told that they were out of inventory to fix my product. The third time I called to see if the screen was in stock and was told that I would have to drive out there to preorder it and then come back when it was in stock. They failed to tell me this while I was in the store on my previous two trips. The "owner" became very rude and refused to work with me to order the piece over the phone even when I volunteered to hold the item with a credit card.
