Terrible service. Left computer there because of a printer communication malfunction. After 9 days without any contact, decided to call and inquire. After a long delay someone got on the phone and explained that the problem could not be resolved. They offered to re-boot windows for $300 plus with no guarantee that would work either. After a long discussion, they agreed to hook up a different printer to see if that would work. Then later a person called and said that didn't work either. Excellent customer service, high quality work, phone messages returned promptly. When calling, one does not have to jump through the hoops of phone prompts. There phone is always answered by a person who cares. We have used Quick Connect for many years, and would not trust anyone else. 10 stars!

Too bad I couldn't give it 10 stars. They have worked on my computer a couple of times and always did an A+++++++++++++++++ job on it. If I had a question or needed to renew my anti-virus software, I just give them a call and ask for Gene and I get taken care of.
This is the first time I've called for computer repair and accully talked to a person and took it in the same morning. Alex did a complete format and reload and I picked it up the next day. That's fast. I highly recommend Quick Connect Computer Services.
Less than 12 hours after I called I had Dustin at my house to check my computer. He repaired the problem and did a diagnostic check. Service was great. Thanks so much.
