Absolutely atrocious experience. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again. The level of disrespect and lack of integrity here is unbelievable. Every car on the lot should be treated with the same care, yet it’s very clear that’s not the case. Purchased a vehicle here less than a month ago and already had to bring it back for two minor issues that should take no more than a couple of hours. What’s more frustrating than the issues themselves is the complete lack of communication. I was told Amanda would be assisting me, yet no one has reached out at all. After just buying a car from this dealership, I expected a lot better when it comes to customer service and follow-up. Not a good experience so far.
Lewis Matos is a gem of a salesman. His personable, informative, and candid approach is refreshing. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.
