Suggested call for appointment so I did....no one answers phone...left call back number and well over 3 hours later still no call back!!! Very disappointed with their higher rating that no one returns calls and yes I did call and left ANOTHER request for call back to get asap appointment.
Give this one. Has open hours for Sunday,. Must have had provider issues today. No one answered phone, had to leave message. Due to time limits to leave as we are RV people and moving on today 7/13/2025 we decided to just drive there. No one in parking lot, but it was open with someone setting in reception. I was then told unable to be seen. Why not just answer phone and tell that. Not sure how they got such a great rating.
Went there to get my ear looked at just told me I can't help with that and to go to the emergency room.
I am so happy with Quick Care!!! I had made an appointment with mercy One urgent care for a 4:20pm appointment through online. I got there (driving an hour to get there) to find out they didn’t have a provider. 😫 I went to Quick Care and they were closing early but the Dr. came out to my car to get me back in to check me out. Ear infection both ears☹️. I so appreciated the fact that he set aside his plans to help me. I definitely will use them again!!!
