I came in shortly after 12:00 p.m. for a rapid covid testing and it is 2:47 p.m. and I'm still here. I don't feel well and I just want to go home and get under the bed..... This is Totally ridiculous! Almost 3hrs now!

On 9/18 19 17 I went to this clinic for my hand - red and swollen . I was seen promptly by the staff ( all very pleasant and professional ) They informed me that I needed to be checked out across the street at Huntsville Hospital's ER . My hand was infected . I do not have a vehicle and usually take public transit (bus) or a taxi or I walk . The manager called a cab for me AND she took care of the expense . The hospital admitted me for two days . Quick Care Pharmacy called our business for the DEA number of our veterinarians that was prescribing medication to a dog patient our hospital. The DEA number was given.someone from the pharmacy requested an NPI number. The veterinarian, in practice for over 30 years said that she had never heard of an NPI requirement for veterinarians and asked what the initials represented. Awesome, knowledgeable and friendly staff and they are fastest pharmacy in town and I never have issues about them not having something I need whether in store or in pharmacy. Top notch place, always a great experience!

I arrived at the clinic in 1-5-16 at about 8:40. I signed in the receptionist called me up and asked what I needed to be seen for and I told them and the nurse practioner was behind them and with out anyone even seeing me they told me it was viral and nothing they could do me with a fever of 102. Decided it couldn't be went to another place which was American family care and they did bloodwork and a chest xray found out I indeed had pnemonia.
